2500亩，是丹江口市规模最大、品种最全、技术力量最雄厚、经济效益最好的国有特产场。
蔡家渡果园场以优质果树及其苗木繁育为主，现有员工
147人，其中专业技术人员15人；固定资产总额420万元，房屋面积1500mm2，可年产优质柑桔300万斤，优质脐橙120万斤，优质苗木40万株，可实现产值300万元，利税40万元。该场“武当”牌柑桔、脐橙多次荣获“湖北省优质产品”、湖北省“十大名果”、湖北省“名牌产品”、“中华名果”等荣誉称号。2001年被省农业厅授予“湖北省优质水果示范园”、2002年7月被省农、财两厅命名为“省级重点场”。（

Danjiangkou Caijiadu Fruit Garden located along the coastal areas of Danjiang Reservoir, at the town of Xijiadian. Possessing an total area of 2,500 mu, the garden is one of the best state-owned special-product gardens of its kind, which runs in a largest scale, most complete set, strongest technical force as well as best economical benefits.
The garden takes breeding of high-quality fruit-tree and nursery stock as its main business. At present, it has 147 employees, among which 15 are professional technicians. The garden has a total fixed asset of 4.20 million yuan. Covering a floor space of 1,500 square meters, it can produce 1.5 million kg of high-quality orange, 0.6 million kg of high-quality navel orange and 0.4 million nursery stocks of high quality per year, realizing output value of RMB 3 million and profit tax 0.4 million yuan. Its “Wudang” branded orange and navel orange have obtained honors such as “ High-quality Product of Hubei”, “Ten Famous Fruit” of Hubei, “Famous Brand Name Product” and “ Chinese Famous Fruit”, etc. In 2001, the garden was bestowed “High-quality Fruit Demonstration Garden of Hubei Province” by Hubei Agricultural Dept. In July, 2002, it was named as the “ Import Garden at Provincial Level” by the Provincial Agricultural Dept. and Financial Dept.
